We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Generate Leads:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
- To reach potential clients, use various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social media).
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client’s needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and event planning teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the marketing and events industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- A Valid Qatar Transferrable Visa with NOC is a must
- A Valid Qatar Driving License is a plus

Pay: QAR3,500.00 – QAR4,500.00 per month

- Business Developments: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Qatar Driving License (Preferred)
- Qatar RP which is transferrable (Preferred)
